In his current role, he is responsible for looking after the books of accounts and other finance related work of the Company.
Raveena Agarwal, aged 33 years, was appointed as the Chief Compliance Officer and Company Secretary of our Company w.e.f. June 24, 2026. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Prior to joining our Company, she was Company Secretary in Zinema Media and Entertainment Limited. She has over 4 years of experience in secretarial and corporate law compliances. In her current role, she is responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining corporate governance standards and supporting in regulatory matters of our Company.
